"The speaker was self-congratualartory. I also think that to draw his conclusions, you would need someone with perfect posture and follow that person for 70-90 years and see there isn't any degeneration (I doubt that is possible). How do we know that everyone, regardless of their posture, would eventually get lower cervical degeneration?"

"X-raying every single patient is a way to over charge patients and frankly is unethical. Medical imaging should be used if there are red flags in exam and/or history and should not be used as a blanket exam technique for every patient."
