It is critically important that you minimize any coding and processing errors as you file claims. Blue Cross, Cigna and Medicare have changed their guidelines in chiropractic documentation and billing.  Dr. Mario Fucinari will provide clarity of documentation and billing requirements.  This course is designed to help you avoid the most common errors and keep denied and rejected claims at a minimum. From the QMB, Locum tenens, 59 and 97 modifiers to the diagnosis pointer and episode of care date, Dr. Mario Fucinari will guide you through the maze of requirements.
