A very energetic presenter, Dr. Conway, along with Dr. Jacklitch, has transformed Medicare for the chiropractic profession. Dr. Conway has directly worked with CMS and all of the Medicare contractors on a four-year project to create a universal solution to chiropractic Medicare documentation. The result of this universal agreement has for the first time in history reduced the national chiropractic error ratio gaining praise from CMS. Having personally trained the Medicare audit review staff, his very practical Medicare presentations removes all fears and shows a direct and easy path for chiropractors to properly document Medicare cases.

Having served on the Wisconsin Chiropractic Examining Board for close to a decade, Dr. Conway brings first-hand knowledge on proper compliance procedures for chiropractic offices in a very non-threatening way, which results in greater implementation.

Dr. Conway is a second-generation chiropractor whose passion is enhancing and protecting the chiropractic profession. He is a partner in Madison Wisconsin based DeWitt Ross & Stevens, one of the largest law firms in Madison. His law practice consists primarily of health law and government relations with a strong focus on Medicare.
