Description

As a chiropractic assistant, the day-to-day operations of the office fall on your shoulders.  At first, this role may seem daunting but not to worry - we are here to help!

Running the office can only happen well if the operations are organized on the back end.  Join Holly Jensen, the Queen of CA Training and Practice Efficiency, as she discusses the basic formula for achieving success at the front desk.  You’ll walk away with practical tips that can be immediately applied, plus a sense of ease that you can do it!

This course was originally presented by Holly Jensen on April 23, 2019 and is a part of our Office Training Series sponsored by ChiroHealthUSA.

"This presentation focused more on being a front desk "salesperson" and getting payments from your patients than actual helpful office operations skills or tips. I have never heard of not letting a patient cancel an appointment because they're sick-- that, combined with the focus on setting up patients for auto and monthly payments, make this whole seminar seem more focused on patient churn and making money. Very clearly a bent toward pushing how the "sponsor" does business."
