"sorry, but this was the worst program i watched on ICS. He spoke continuously, monotonously, describing anatomical and structural considerations without relevant slides or video, creating a very confusing presentation. have no idea why he would verbally describe exercises instead of pictures, relying on my imagination to figure out what he was talking about.
