Dr. Marty Kotlar is the President of Target Coding. Dr. Kotlar has owned and operated a successful chiropractic multi-specialty practice. He began his consulting career with a special emphasis on CPT coding, billing, reimbursement, documentation, and compliance for chiropractic and multi-specialty facilities.
He has provided valuable nationwide educational seminars and consulting to over 3,500 healthcare providers and their staff members.
Dr. Kotlar is Certified in CPT Coding, a Certified Professional Compliance Officer, and a member of the American Chiropractic Association and American Academy of Professional Coders.

Dr. Scott Munsterman is an acknowledged expert on the transforming model of health care delivery with a commitment to the promotion and advancement of the chiropractic profession. Dr. Munsterman is founder & CEO of Best Practices Academy, a healthcare services organization whose mission is to provide focused leadership to equip value-based practices and improve clinical outcomes. The Academy prepares chiropractic practices to become a value-based practice for alternative payment models and positions these practices to engage collaborative and integrative relationships amongst all stakeholders in the provider community.
Dr. Munsterman is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University, where he has served as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees and on the President’s Cabinet as the Chief of Care Delivery Services for the University. He has been a member of the American and South Dakota Chiropractic Associations since 1985 and was awarded Chiropractor of the Year in South Dakota in 2003, a Fellow of the International College of Chiropractors (FICC) in 2006 as well as awarded The Distinguished Alumnus Award from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2012.
Dr. Munsterman has served as a former two-term Mayor and currently serves in the South Dakota State House of Representatives, where he chairs the House Health and Human Services Committee and the Legislative Planning Committee.
Dr. Kristina (Kris) Petrocco-Napuli brings to the table a strong interest in women's health, pediatrics, chronic pain and integrative care and is frequently sought after as a national speaker. Formerly an associate professor at National University of Health Sciences-Florida, Dr. Petrocco-Napuli received her doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College; following graduation she entered into a postdoctoral fellowship program within Chiropractic technique. She also received a master's degree in instructional design development and evaluation from Syracuse University.
Dr. Mitch Green’s seminars emphasize patient evaluation and the need for active care procedures. With this knowledge, doctors can link the assessment to prescribed exercise. Chiropractors who embrace this paradigm will enjoy better patient outcomes and be better prepared to endure third-party inquiries. His seminars have been described as innovative and challenging and definitely game changers.
Dr. Green is devoted to furthering the clinical acumen of the chiropractic profession, and it’s his mission to help integrate evidence-based rehabilitation principles, the functional paradigm and active care into the chiropractic practice.
Upon graduation from the New York Chiropractic College in 1981, he was hired as an associate professor in the chiropractic division. In 1991 he was invited to join the inaugural faculty at the University Of Bridgeport College Of Chiropractic where he taught normal x-ray anatomy. He currently is a faculty member of NYCC’s post-graduate division and frequently conducts rehabilitation seminars that are approved for continuing education credits.
Dr. Green was certified by the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board (ACRB) in 2011 and became an approved instructor for the educational wing of the ACRB following an additional year of training. In 2012, he launched an approved diplomate program that leads candidates to certification status with the ACRB.
In addition to running two successful practices in New York City, Dr. Green is the director of the dance injury and rehabilitation clinic for the Manhattan Youth Ballet, a pre-professional ballet school located in New York City. He is also actively involved with training runners for the NYC marathon. He is the president and delegate for the New York State Chiropractic Association’s District 1 in Manhattan.
He has written articles for publications such as the Journal of the North American Rehab Specialist and DC Practice Insights.
Dr. Froese graduated from the East Carolina University Brody School Medicine in 1992. She works in Carol Stream, IL and 3 other locations and specializes in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Dr. Froese is affiliated with Central DuPage Hospital, Delnor Hospital and Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Flatt started a private practice in St. Charles in 1991 and established a reputation of excellence within the medical community. In 2001, Dr. Flatt joined Greater Valley Medicine as the first chiropractic partner of this large medical practice and continued as a pioneer of medical integration when he was the first DC to become an employee of Cadence Physician Group in 2012. Dr. Flatt is now a member of the medical staff at Northwestern Medicine in St. Charles, Illinois.
Dr. Flatt has published dozens of professional articles and has served in various leadership positions within the Illinois Chiropractic Society, beginning as Northern district president and ultimately serving as President of the executive board.
Dr. Campione is a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2010. John received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the West Virginia University School of Medicine.
John specializes in physical rehabilitation being board certified in Physiotherapy in the state of Illinois using a blend of chiropractic manipulative therapy, soft tissue manipulation, and corrective exercises to treat ailments of the human neuro-musculo-skeletal system. He holds post¬graduate certifications in acupuncture, strength, and conditioning with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, corrective exercise with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Functional Movement Systems, Neurokinetic Therapy, Active Release Technique, and kettlebell training with the World Kettlebell Club.
John has 12 years of experience in healthcare having worked in a wide variety of physical therapy clinics and hospitals as well as having seven years experience as a personal trainer and strength coach. He is a contributor to the World Kettlebell Club blog and is an adjunct faculty member at local colleges.
