This course is designed to walk physicians through the process of understanding the proper classification of workers. From the IRS to Illinois state law, regulations can be confusing and convoluted. This course walks attendees through how to make the most appropriate determinations for each of your workers and encompasses IRS guidelines, delegation, fee splitting, self-referral, and more.

Additionally, he is a member of the Illinois Society of Association Executives, the American Society of Association Executives, serves on the Board of Directors for the Congress of Chiropractic State Associations, and is currently the Chairman of the Leadership Committee for the Chiropractic Future Strategic Plan.
